Might as well start all over

Today--week 5 of Biggest Loser, my partner and I won for the week.
But, I feel like I am not trying as hard as others, but thankfully, I have been a loser every week. MY goals for this week are to workout everyday! Even it is only 10 minutes in the morning--which is also part of my goal. Workout every morning once I wake up. I also would like to CLEAN EAT to the max three times this week. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. I want change so bad. I want to be my goal weight, and I really need to start working harder towards it. I need more support. I don't know where to find it. I need, I need, I need. I am thinking of going to a new gym--with a co-worker friend. But it is kind of expensive, but I think I really need to do it. I need more gym, because I also want to be more fit, not just thin. We'll see.
Have a great night!

Clean eating

I have decided to clean eat 1-3 times a week. So far it's going okay. But I need more ideas of what to eat. I basically eat eggs with veggies, salad with turkey, and a shake with like greek yogurt, almond milk and a bunch of different fruits. Anyone wanna help?! #please!

move on

This has been a rough week for me personally on my goals. I'll be going in very soon for the verdict of how rough it was.

And you are not it

Today. I lost another 5.5lb when I weighed in. But tonight I probably gained it all back. I'm babysitting later and I have to work at Subway in the morning, BUT! I will kick my ass tomorrow. IT WILL BE KICKED SO HARD. Anyways, just thought I'd share.

tough one.

Today was tough. All I wanted was sugar and carbs. I almost went to dunkin to get a small iced coffee. I almost had a scoop of ice cream (which I would have done except I had a tiny ice cream a few days ago…I need to wait AT LEAST a week). I almost did this, I almost did that. But I didn't. Instead I tried drinking water, chewing gum, taking a nap. I also had a pocket thin thing and put some peanut butter and apple on it and stuck it in the oven for a few minutes. That was good. But I didn't give in when I could've. I'm pretty proud of myself for that.
I used my new medicine ball and stepper thing today too for my workout. I did a total of about 50 minutes today which was good and I felt great. Eventually, I wanna go a week without bread…but that's not today;)

Side note---is it bad to have too many apples? I had three (small) ones today.

Weigh in #2

First, I didn't write anything yesterday--but when you work 6-2:15 at one job, and then 315-530 at the other with an hour and a half workout--things get kind of hectic.

But. This morning I woke up--used the bathroom and went into work just for my weigh in. I didn't eat. I didn't drink.

Apparently, I lost 5.5lb. I hope that is true! I still get this feeling that when I go in next week, nothing will be different. Or worse…I'll weigh more.

Here are some things I plan on doing differently this week:
Exercise more. Legitimate exercise. Not running around with kids (which I'll still do). But putting in a workout dvd or stair stepping. Or kettle ball workouts (which I am growing to LOVE). I'm going to push myself a little harder. Also, I am NOT going to go to Apple bee's. Or any other restaurant for that matter unless I am willing and prepared to try something new--something on their 'watching your weight' menus or whatever.

Have a great day!

Don't follow the crowd

Today, my first day back to work since initial weigh in was interesting. Some people had already started weighing themselves and seeing that they lost so  much weight. But I feel like this is a slow and study type of thing. The first week you cut soda from you diet is going to change your body and it's reaction. But, sometimes the next week--once the body is used to it it will maintain--right? Maybe I'm wrong here, but I'd rather lose 1-3lbs a week instead of 15 one week and gain a pound the next. Whatever. Either way, everybody is talking about this huge diet change/plan. And I'm trying to stick to what I normally eat--but in a healthier way. I have been using half a piece of pepperjack cheese instead of a full piece. Maybe that'll change things--maybe it won't. But as everyone says, 'MODERATION' right?
Sorry I don't have anything philosophical to say. I just want to write down what I am thinking, what I am doing.
But today I watched an episode of Sabrina the Teenage Witch while stepping and using weight to have more of a full body workout. Tomorrow, I am going to try to use the elliptical. Especially since I am going out for breakfast, but it will be at a place where I can 'make' my own omelette.
